In western culture we don’t often come face to face with or witness modern day slavery, yet it does exist and it is an ongoing global crisis that frequently goes untapped due to a lack of data on missing persons, and access to it, persons that are presently being subject to unimaginable abuse and trauma.
This Thursday 29th November 2019, Ebuku Threads is collaborating with Free As A Human in support of HAART Kenya, an Anti-Human Trafficking NGO that is dedicated to fighting the exploitation of young girls, the use of forced labor, child labour and enslavement of humankind in Eastern Africa.
